Long cutting knife. 11" clip point blade with long false edge, 16" OAL length. Hand forged 1/4" 5160 blade steel, edge quenched with visible hardening line. Handrubbed satin finish. Full tang with ebony handle and cast pewter bolsters and pins. This blade is designed for cutting! I use this knife for rope cutting demonstrations at knife shows. Has black leather sheath with nickel silver throat and chape. SOLD

"Primitive" style dagger with carved handle. 7" flat ground dagger, 12" OAL. Hand forged 1/4" 5160, triple tempered. Hand rubbed rough finish to blade. Brass guard. Handle is carved stabilized koa with brass pins and brass ferrule. Brass backstrap. Hidden tang is peened over brass washer on butt. Inspired by dagger on cover of "The Knife in Homespun America" by Madison Grant.

"One-of-a-kind" gardening knife? 3" claw-shaped blade, 8" OAL. 1/8" 1084/15N20 dramatic pattern-welded steel by Ray Coons. Blade was marquench hardened by Howard Clark. False edge could be sharpened. Brass guard. Handle is green linen micarta, with red paper micarta accent and leather spacers. Brass pins and thong hole. Very positive grip. Comes with leather sheath.

Bolo-style bowie knife. 8" bolo-style clip point blade with false edge, 14 1/2" OAL. 1/4" 0-1 tool steel, fully hardened with the spine drawn back to spring hardness. Handrubbed fine satin finish. Brass guard with peened faces. Fossil oosic handle, with good dark color. Oosic is sealed with about 10 coats of cyanoacrylic. Leather spacers, brass pins and brass thong hole. Buttcap is amboyana burl. The handle looks large, but feels great when you pick it up. Comes with leather sheath. A good cutter.


Two fancy patch knives. 1/8" 1084/15N20 dramatic pattern-welded steel by Ray Coons. Blades were marquench hardened by Howard Clark. Both have brass guards, wood spacers, and stag tip handles. Hand peened brass pins. Filework on spine. Leather sheathes.
